Please not another gas station. Leave that area alone. Do not change the entrance to Charleston National. Also amazing how many trees on the survey have suddenly become “poor” in condition. Live oaks will be removed and they are considered “good”. We have plenty of gas stations within 1/4 mile. Not needed.

Would be cause for continued traffic congestion as has already occurred on south Morgan’s point and national drive. Gas stations should be spaced further out and not built in a subdivision of over 800 homes.

There are five gas stations along Rt 17 in a mile near this proposed site. Costco gas station is about one mile off Rt 17.. ..enough is enough..

We do not want a gas station to be built at Old Course Lane/Hwy 17. It's aesthetically ugly and unwelcoming to an upscale neighborhood, and stop commercializing ever inch of Hwy 17!

We have 2 newer gas stations within a mile of this property. This lot is in a spot where children walk from neighboring subdivisions to school. The traffic and danger it could bring could be deadly.
