Say NO to a Busy Day Care Center in Green Knolls, Eastchester!

This is not the place for such a large daycare center. Especially as there is not backyard and traffic is too busy for such young children.

The property isn't licensed for business and will cause a massive inconvenience for locals as the property is quite literally in the entrance of the neighborhood.

I strongly oppose the application of the day care center.

This is an unsafe, heavily trafficked area for a day care facility

To the town Let’s remember 32 Harney is and always has been 1-Family Residential Use only. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT SET A PRECEDENT which allows this zoning to be ignored. Add that to all the safety concerns I’ve done a few ‘dry runs’ pulling into and backing out of those ‘parking spaces’. Scary is an understatement. I can’t imagine at least 10 or more cars doing that at those busy times. I did it at quiet times

We love our neighbors and their children. Increased traffic will endanger their lives!

I pay high taxes to live here. This day care would destroy the character of our neighborhood. It does not BELONG in our neighborhood.

I completely oppose 32 Harney Road as a daycare location. This is and has been a very dangerous intersection with cars entering and exiting the Bronx River Parkway. It is a completely inappropriate location as a daycare. Adding to that, if it is of any consequence to the town, it is an completely inappropriate addition to the Green Knolls neighbor. If the town of Eastchester cares at all about its own laws and regulations or the voices of its residents it will refuse the special use permit for this location.

The town must follow the law and prevent this business operating in a residential neighborhood. The location is totally inappropriate for a daycare. It is an accident waiting to happen in that intersection. It is the responsibility of the town to prevent this situation.

No to a place of business- already an overly busy, very high-traffic, congested area. Not safe for the community.
