The purpose of this petition
is for the community to come together as one to help and support a solution to
youth violence. By creating a safe environment for youth and bringing them together
no matter the race, class or gender and finding ways to channel violent efforts
into peaceful actions, seek higher education, and become a credit to our
community and nation. The creation of the SAFE HOUSE is the solution to saving
generations. The goal of the SAFE HOUSE is to bring the youth together as one to stop the violence by providing shelter, education, food and safety.

The local officials are still ignoring our demands for the SAFE HOUSE while more of our youth suffer on these streets. Their silence is a blatant insult to every family dealing with this violence. We are escalating the pressure because waiting for them to act is no longer an option.

The city bureaucrats are finally starting to feel the heat because this movement is growing faster than they can ignore. We are done waiting around for them to act while our youth are left in the streets. This momentum proves that people are fed up and ready to fight for the safe house our community deserves.

This is exactly what the city needs right now. So many kids have nowhere to go after school and this would change everything.
although I don't live in CLE anymore I still follow the news there. This is absolutely needed at a time like this GREAT JOB!!!! To everyone that's involved in putting this together
The state of humanity depends on the well being of our youth. This and other programs like this are an inspiration.
