Yosvanis Valle, is housed on Texas DeathRow, he was born 7 sep 1975 and has been on Deathrow since May 2001 for a crime he did not commit.. If Yosvanis had adequate legal assistance, he would no longer be on deathrow. But all appeals have been denied. There is no Evidence against him, no fingerprints, no traces of blood. All they have is the statement of another gang member in which Yosvanis used to belong to, This other gang member who was accused of the crime, negotiated and only received a 8 year prison sentence.
