Trotters trailer is a local Belper business which is located on Goods Road. We have traded as a catering business from Goods Road since May 2009, upgrading our trailer for the current one which has improvements for us and our customers alike. We are not causing any obstruction, mess, hazard or nuisance and are creating a good quality service. The objection put forward by AVBC is that the trailer is "inappropriate" and that planning permission is needed. This comes as a surprise as we have, without problem until now, traded on Goods Road for three and a half years. Please help us, and show your support for a local business. Thank you.
