The sheer weight of these stories proves management is completely out of touch with what this college actually needs. They tried to keep us in the dark but the momentum behind this mentoring program is now impossible for them to ignore.

Absolute shame. College should be about helping us succeed not just cutting costs.
Ridiculous to cut this. Where is the money going then?? Put it back into the students.
This program helped me so much when I was struggling to find work. Mentors are the backbone of this college, taking this away is a massive mistake.
My son was about to drop out until he got a mentor here. Keep it open!
Management really need to get their act together. We need this support in the borough.

Used to be a mentor here and saw how much it changed lives. Pls dont stop this.
