Dear Resident,
Are you aware that on our borders at Swiss Cottage,Camden Council is considering a 24 storey tower block fronting onto Avenue Road?
I am running a petition for those local Westminster Residents who will be affected by this change to their skyline and environment if this application gets the go-ahead.
To date Camden Council has not notified Westminster as an adjoining Borough of this major planning application, something we have now formally requested so that planning officers can assess the visual impact of this significant tower on views within the St John’s Wood Conservation Area and so that residents can be included in the consultation.
Such a development would undoubtedly set a precedent that could change this residential part of London forever.

24 storeys is way too high for this area. It will completely ruin the character of Swiss Cottage and dwarf everything else around it. Stop this before it goes any further.
