St Thomas Library is at risk of being closed and possibly being turned into a cafe! The lease to the library runs out in March 2011 and talks are already underway to turn this site into something else. The library is one of the most popular and busy in Devon, being ranked at number11 out of 61! By signing this petition you will be opposing this plan and help us keep St Thomas Library open!
