According to filed Bankruptcy documents, if LA Fitness acquires Rock Creek Sports Club via the Ch. 11 proceedings from AGT Crunch, LLC, LA Fitness will permanently close our beloved Rock Creek Sports Club facility. In addition, all RCSC memberships will be automatically and involuntarily transferred to LA Fitness. We believe that the end result will be the loss of employment of all RCSC trainers, front office staff, part-time instructors, and maintenance personnel. Therefore, we the undersigned do state that should LA Fitness acquire Rock Creek Sports Club, we will terminate our memberships and take them to another health club.
