STOP the rezoning and development next to Haddon Hall.
In an area with where there are already traffic challenges there is a proposal on the table to allow for high density development and retail.
The proposal includes 80 townhomes with retail adjacent to Haddon Hall subdivision in Apex, North Carolina.
This will result in increased traffic on Salem & Apex Peakway (both Brittley Way entrances) which will force higher traffic through the neighborhood to the Haddon Hall & Hwy 55 entrance as residents seek a way to leave the neighborhood towards Hwy 64 and Research Triangle Park.
With increased traffic in and around the neighborhood comes safety issues.
