I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people have come forward to protect our fire station. This momentum belongs entirely to the community who cared enough to speak up when it mattered most.

They are risking lives to save a few quid. The whole area is getting bigger houses everywhere but no support. Disgraceful.
Garforth needs its own station. Seconds matter in a fire and you cannot expect crews to get here quick enough from the city. Keep it open.
Ridiculous decision. Leave the station where it is.
Save our station. We pay our taxes for these services.
So worried about this. If there is a fire on my street i want the engine close by not across the other side of leeds. Stop the cuts now.

This is just madness. Cutting services in a growing town is a massive mistake. Who thought this was okay??
