I was looking at the screen earlier and realized how fast the count is jumping which is honestly kind of surreal (my coffee is already cold because I keep refreshing the page). If we can just push past that 500 mark before things settle down we will have a much easier time getting people in charge to actually pay attention to our logic.

amen to this. stay off people's land if you aren't prepared to deal with the consequences.
riders need to shut up and own their own mistakes. dont go blaming the property owner for your own wipeout.
the liability is just too high for private owners. it keeps people from opening up trails to the public because they are scared of getting sued. fix it.
total BS that people can't just take responsibility for themselves anymore!! if you choose to ride you take the risk plain and simple.
Finally some common sense. Why should a farm owner be sued just cause some kid decided to jump a fence and ride their bike on private property? ridiculous.

my husband owns a lot of land and he is terrified of someone getting hurt and taking everything we have worked for. this needs to change now
