Dear Council Members:

We are the residents of Chino Hills and we strongly oppose the rezoning of the founders site from Institutional to High Density Residential land and change the Zoning map designation of the property from planned Old City Hall property to High Density Residential.  Our wish is to keep the Founder's site zoned as is and use it as part of the recreation facility as it is currently being operated.   Future uses may include an aquatic center, additional rooms for the community to use and other activities for the community.  We urge you to re-consider the zoning for this property and find another piece of land to park the High Density Residential dwellings.

ive been meeting with a few people at city hall to press them on the proposed land usage. its clear they arent listening to our concerns about the recreation space yet so we have to keep pushing hard.

im honestly blown away by how many people care about the founders site. its clear we all want this space to stay for our community and not see it turned into more high density housing.

Keep our neighborhood the way it is. We dont need more traffic and crowded streets out here. Leave the site for the community.

Ridiculous idea. There is so much construction already. We need more parks not more apartments.
