Hi I have started this petition to help Calder Kids. My son James who has ADHD and Autism currently goes to Calder Kids twice a week. Calder Kids provides a safe place for kids with disabilities to play and meet other children in a safe environment supported by fully trained (amazing) staff. As you have all heard the local gov have decided to make many cut backs including the funding for Calder Kids either by 28% or the full amount in which case Calder Kids will cease to exist. There is no other centre like this in the City of Liverpool and I am asking you to sign the petition and ask as many friends as possible to join so we can let the local MPs see what a detrimental effect this would have to many families with disabled children who access Calder Kids for restpite.
