Orville Francis has been a legal resident of the United States for over 25 years. The Department of Justice is currently trying to deport Orville back to Jamaica. Orville is a loving and caring father, son, brother, and friend. He has five (5) American children and two (2) grandchildren, all of whom need him. Although Orville has made mistakes, we, the undersigned, ask for the courts mercy to allow Orville to stay in the United States.
