Sylvain F. Blais has been a resident of the United States of America since 1964. He has been a hardworking tax payer for the majority of these years. We would like to show the court that Sylvain F. Blais is a kind, caring, considerate person who is always willing to lend a helping hand. Between caring for his mother everyday till the day she passed, to helping others by working on there homes, and donating food to the community from his own garden.
