The feedback from local families regarding Bilbo has been heartening to read. I am currently working to open a direct dialogue with the council to discuss how his presence serves our visitors. His work on the sand remains a vital part of our beach culture.

The council has no idea what they are throwing away. BILBO IS A LEGEND.
My kids actually pay attention to the safety flags now because of him. Why stop a good thing?
He is doing more for beach safety than any sign ever could. Such a shame to limit his time like this.
This dog is literally a hero. Let him do his job! He brings so much joy to the beach while keeping people safe.
