The school building committee is hiding behind flawed data while they try to scrap the very programs that keep our local economy running. I am digging through their report right now to expose exactly how they are cooking the books to justify these closures. Do not let them think we are going to lie down and let them kill these essential trades.

The momentum we have built proves the building needs committee cannot bury the truth behind their bogus report. They are trying to gut our vocational programs based on bad data but the community is finally forcing them to pay attention.

the nesdec report is totally out of touch with what we really need up here in the berkshires. keep auto body open.
THESE PROGRAMS ARE VITAL!! Not every kid is meant for a 4 year college. Let them learn a trade that actually pays the bills.
my son is in metal fab and he loves it. dont take away the only reason he actually wants to get up and go to school in the morning.
local businesses are already screaming for skilled workers and then they want to cut the very programs that teach them. makes zero sense.
so tired of them messing with the vocational stuff. leave it alone.

keep the shop open. my brother got his first job because of the training he got at taconic. dont kill the future for these kids.
