How far are the bairns supposed to travel now? This is just typical of the council ignoring the highlands.
Sending kids away from their own community is wrong. We need to fight this closure.
My kids went there and it was such a great community. You cant just take that away from a small place like Lochmaddy.
SAVE THE SCHOOL.
Keep our school open. Its the heart of the village.

Ridiculous to even think about closing it. The island needs this school for the kids stay open!!
