Novia Internetworking is the software developer behind Chatalyst, what they humbly consider to be one of the best inter-user chat applications on the Web. We the users of Chatalyst agree. Chatalyst has been in operation, formally, since 1996, until recently when it was abruptly and indefinitely shut down without any preceding admonition! We implore Novia to reconsider their decision in closing Chatalyst, and to reinstate our chatting environment in which many have found relaxation and even friendships. Realizing that Novia no longer supports Chatalyst, we suggest that they release the software for our consumer use.
