When did pico closed?

VS Media points out a CyberAgent (TYO:4751) announcement stating that the company will be closing the English version of its Ameba Pigg virtual world, Pico World. A brief note on its blog last week explained that the service, which was initially released in English in 2010, will be closed on December 17. (credits to techniasia)
Why did pico closed?
The Pico Staff said that they were closing Ameba Pico because of "limited developer resources". By that, I have a feeling that they meant they were low on money. ... Because of this, CyberAgent doesn't have enough money to keep Ameba Pico going, so they have to shut it down (credits to pico forever)
Here are the reasons why Pico needs to come back:
1. Reuniting Friends/Clans - all pico players still waiting for pico comeback, they missed everything from bonding to memories.
2. Huge Profit - we can assure that pico will have a great amout of profit to continue operating. Just add some features and some techniques on how people will be satisfied on their needs
3. Vast amount of players - yes, we're STILL waiting, and that's really clear. WE WANT PICO TO COME BACK, those shares/comments/reactions on this post are the people who want the game to come back.
FACT: Ameba Pico reached 1Million users within first 90 days!!!
4. Socializing because of Pandemic - on these trying times, people were stressed and receiving anxiety because of the virus and PICO will be the
bridge for us to reconnect and to connect.
5. Enhancing skills - AmePico Magazine, Music videos, posters, events, parties. These are examples why players are now good at their own skills because of how they train themselves within this game.
IF YOU ARE ONE WHO AGREE FOR BRINGING PICO TO LIFE AGAIN, PLEASE SHARE AND SPREAD THIS PETITION UNTIL THE DEVELOPERS SEE THIS.
