Grown up with this station next door. How long will it take to get a fire engine out if we lose our local ones. A small fire could end up with losing a whole house

Manea has and will always be a Fire Station in need by the area it covers. Lives will be lost if you have to wait for crews from Chatteris and other local areas to arrive. It has and will continue to prove it’s worth for the local area.
What happens in the event of a large fire and a 3 + pumps are required?

Please keep Manea open. We live opposite the station and they are always called out and work extremely hard and are most definitely required in the local area. With all the drains close to Manea and the fens, it would be criminal to close the Manea fire station and a huge loss to the area.

This station should not be closed as it is to valuable to the village and saves many life’s, the roads are terrible around the area and it’s always needed for cars going of the road and it was most recently
