This is just another example of how broken the country is. It's no longer about making things and services better, it's cuts and closures. I'm sure a manager will meet his cost reduction target and get his bonus. Closing kimbolton fire station is just another degradation of the quality of a service we pay for. Closure will mean yet another service offered will be stretched further and be inadequate... Even if movable paper targets are achieved for the boss's bonuses.
