If there is nay fault here, it is clearing the neighbor who taunts an innocent animal. Please let Walter return to Adam as his service dog. Thank you!

Please help the dog. He was not vicious. He was just protecting his space. My dogs do it every day and nobody calls them vicious. This is a good dog who is needed by his family as a service dog. Please see your way clear and help Walter get back with his owners.

this entire thing is beyond ridiculous , Service animals are trained to help their Masters , not be dangerous , they need to be together to be of service , not killed for barking ,

Walter is a service dog now is he not? So what is the big deal? He's certified so now he's trained and so he's safer than any other dog (by law) even if he once 'barked' at a neighbor so what! The neighbor was asking to get attacked if you ask me, that neighbor is lucky not to be missing a limb or more.
