As a service dog he should not be labeled dangerous and the neighbor that is agitating him to get him to bark and lunge at the fence is the one who should be labeled dangerous! This young boy needs his service dog, so think of him and not label his dog!

Walter should be with his people, especially Adam. Seriously,Mayor Butler, where's your common sense and compassion for an innocent animal? Please do the right thing and reconsider. Walter's a good dog.

I don't know if I have already signed this petition. If I have? I do not apologize for signing again. I will sign a billion petitions if it saves our furbabies. The "mayor" should put a law out that says that ANYONE that intentionally agitates an animal, should be HEAVILY FINED and even JAILED. That would tell people that we are DONE with creeps that ABUSE AND MUTILATE AND TORTURE our beloved pets or ANY animal!!

The kid needs to get a stern talking to for aggravating the dog. It seems he does it deliberately so then if the dog tries to bite or whatever, he can film it. I think this has less to do with the dog than it does the kid!! I have a Lab & neighborhood kids that would taunt him. This is how he became a house dog.

You can not train "dangerous dogs" to be a service dog. The fact that Walter is trying to be labeled as a dangerous dog while being a service dog is an oxymoron. Any dog will jump and bark if you hit their fence. My cat would even do that, not bark, but would jump at you. He should NOT be registered as a dangerous dog. However, his neighbors should be registered as being a public nuance to society.

This dog has not harmed anybody ,and the neighbor is in the wrong for teasing this poor dog. Also his instincts is to Protect Property and Family. This is ridiculous
