Keep in mind this dog is trained to alert his owner. He is doing his job. You need to look at charges for the neighbor causing the problem. Please keep Walter with his owner. This is unfair to Adam and Walter.

The neighbor is the one at fault. Eliminate the neighbor . Not the dog. This dog has been trained to help this gentlemen. Maybe the neighbor needs to get some therapy to not abuse animals.

Walter is a service dog - he was and he is trained to react to noise to protect Adam, a disabled citizen. Adam more than ever NEEDS Walter because his disease is getting worse~! I hope YOU never have to be in Adam's position - having a disease that is just taking LIFE away from him and rapidly. Do not take Walter away from Adam - he NEEDS Walter VERY MUCH~!

Walter is a protector for a challenged person. He was merely doing his job! He should not be killed. It costs a considerable amount of money and time to train these dogs to help their owners! Why waste the money or the dogs life? Save Walter for his owner!
