Walter is a trained service dog. He probably reacted to protect his family. This is all due to an immature neighbour.

Isn't it funny, when a human responds to a violent attack it's called self defence; when a dog responds it's called dangerous?Dogs deserve better.

Any animal taunted will react in this manner... If the neighbor was deliberately doing this then he should be punished for cruelty... Just my opinion, although I'm sure you've heard about a thousand others. :) Thank you your Honor.

Please do not side with the prosecution in this case. This seems to be a case where this poor animal is doing what he is trained to do, protect his family.

there are so
many injustices in this world pl;ease keep one more from happening-a dog will respond to protect his master and the dog done nothing wrong- only the PERSON who wants to bring grief and hardship to another person and his best friend is the wrong doer !!!!!

A trained Service Dog is not a dangerous dog! Any dog would jump on a fence and bark. That is not aggressive behavior!
