I'm with Walter. A dog barking at someone who is antagonizing him is defending himself not being aggressive.

there is no legitimate reason for this dog to be declared dangerous. Please reconsider this situation. Thank you

I am with Walter!!! He deserves to be with his loving family. Don't take away that chance for him to have a home, to be loved & belove in return, enjoy & do his duty as a trained service dog. Pitbuls deserves the same treatments same like the other breed of dogs.

The neighbor is the one who needs to be charged. Walter only reacted to threat...much like you or I would. He was on his own property and the neighbor should have just minded their own business...neighbor is a trouble maker.
