I think if someone was pounding on the fence yea any dog is gonna bark and jump at the fence. Stupidity on the people pressing the issue.

Come on. This dog is trained to react to loud noises. Why were the neighbors hitting on the fence? Maybe that should be looked into.

Any dog, when agitated, will bark and try to protect itself! I say prosecute the neighbor for harassment and file a restraining order against him/her! This baby has done no harm!

Why is this sweet dog being punished for human rudeness and stupidity? If we put down people as easily as animals for reacting to such things, there would be one hell of a population plummet. Stop the dual standard where animals are expendable because they can't speak the same language!

This is not a dangerous dog. The neighbor agitated Walter which caused him jump and bark. Any dog would probably done the same.

This is ridiculous! The dog is just doing his job, protecting his owner and his yard. He has never bitten anyone or attacked anyone. Can you say the same for the people that hit the fence causing this reaction (which in normal for most dogs)? Shame on the court for not policing the actions of the people who hit the fence!

Please do NOT label Walter as dangerous. He was only doing what he was trained to do...alert Adam to any noise. Adam's life has improved since Walter cam into his life. We need to help Adam and Walter to stay together.
