This is the most ridculous thing I have ever heard of. A dangerous dog for barking and jumping on the fence. Do you actually know it was a viscious bark. Or was it an alert bark. Do you know that dogs have different barks Do the research. Did he bite anyone well. I think the judge. Is an idiot and worthless human being. You better do your research on what an aggressive dog looks like. Wake up!!!!!!!

why dont you go after the idiot that is harassing the dog instead of going after the dog, why is that guy hitting the fence oh that would be to antagonize the dog, he has no business hitting the fence, he is harassing the dog but the dog may pay the price, wake up, make the idiot leave the dog alone, I think if it was my neighbor I would get a restraining order and then he couldnt hit my fence or tease my dog.. do the right thing here and go after the teasing fool not the dog doing its job

He is a service dog and a cherished family member. This man needs him. I'm sure he is as dangerous as a bunny. Maybe you should ban the neighbor who likes to taunt this poor dog. Let the man keep his REGISTERED SERVICE DOG!!

The neighbor who has been seen agitating in an attempt to get a rise out of Walter is at fault and should be under a restraining order. The dog is innocent and I pray that sanity will prevail in this case.

Please keep Walter with this family! The neighbor is in the wrong. Don't take this service dog away from this child who desperately needs him! Can't you see how wrong that would be. The dog was on his own property anyway. Tell the neighbor to mind his own business. He should be the one crucified!

I am with Walter. Humans should not be permitted to taunt animals and file complaints when the animal responds to their cruelty.

Some people will complain about anything. I hope the facts carry more weight in this instance than opinions/perceptions and common sense can rule the day, for once.

I am with Walter. Most if not all dogs would jump and bark if a stranger hit the fence. It is common sense, please use yours.

Maybe the neighbours should not be trying to agitate this dog or a dog of any kind. Dogs react to kindness and love.

I apparently have two very dangerous dogs myself. They bark and jump on the fence when people pull in our driveway... This is ridiculous! Hope all goes well for Walter.

I am signing in support of Walter, a service dog for a hearing-impaired man. He is trained to alert his owner of noises. Why are the voiceless always targeted?

Please do not let Walter be registered as a dangerous dog. Why was the neighbor antagonizing this certified service dog? Maybe the neighbor should be registered as a dangerous individual.

Walter is a service dog he must alert to noises his owner can not hear. Tell the neighbors not to cause trouble for walter only doing his job.
