Please think of the injustice that would result to Walter and his owner who are blameless, if you put this companion dog on the Dangerous dog list. It astounds me that anyone would even consider doing this to them. Respectfully yours, Nycolle Lfe

I am with Walter... Any dog would jump up and bark I'd someone was banging on the fence. Walter did not attack the neighbour, so therefore he is not a dangerous dog... -LIAM

The dog was a responding to a threat. Don't tease an animal. Service dogs are very protective of their owners.

If you are going to do this to this service animal, then you mind as well try to take all the rest of them too. Guess what? Not going to happen. Leave that dog alone.

Tell the neighbor to grow up n quit hitting the fence. Then surprise the dog doesn't bark.

I hope humans (whoever sits on the court) are not that stupid to labelled a service dog as a dangerous dog! Think! Use your brain! The neighbour might be teasing him or do something and made the dog acting to protect the owner or whatever... whoever owns a dog knows dog's behaviour...

I'm with Walter!!! He did nothing wrong. People excite animals when they do stupid mean things... Walters not a bad dog!!!
