Walter is more respectful of humans than the neighbors are. Put them on trial!

In most states a dog cannot be called dangerous if it has been provoked. Banging on the fence is surely provocation. Apart from this, the dog is fenced in and is a service dog. The dog has done absolutely nothing to deserve this.

Walter is a member of the family. Don't make that mistake.

Leave Walter and his family alone!!! I am with Walter, and his neighbors want him dead, and it's crazy!!! Walter has never bitten or hurt anyone!!!

GET OVER IT THIS POOR DOG IS DOING HIS JOB. HOW CAN YOU EVEN CONSIDER LABELING THIS DOG OR ANY SERVICE DOG. LOOK INTO THE JERK THAT COMPLAINED. I BET HE DISLIKES ANIMALS IN GENERAL. PLEASE DO NOT LABEL HIM DANGEROUS.

Walter did nothing wrong. He did as he was trained to alert his owner. People should not be hitting fences, shouting or antagonizing animals in any way.

For real??? A dog jumped on a fence. You guys have a funny way of using your court systems these days.

I am with Walter. He's a service dog, no wonder he alerted when someone banged on his fence. And any dog will protect his family and home. Walter is a gentle, wonderful dog. Leave him and his owner alone.

Arrest the neighbor or heavily fine him.

Im with Walter. He's a certified service dog. I think this is about breed discrimination.

Please use common sense in this case. Too many government agencies seem to be lacking this quality in the USA now.
