i can not believe you are doing this to a dog that was acting to protect his deaf owner, his yard, that he felt in his dog instincts was in danger. This is not a dangerous dog. If I were you, I would be looking at the neighbor who was taunting dog by hitting the fence to the dog's yard! Apparently the neighbor is up to no good and is being vengeful

Please let Walter be with his owner any dog would bark and jumping a fence if someone hit it and antagonized the dog on the other side this is absolutely ridiculous and Walter needs to go home

Consider the occurrence, realize the impact and follow the evidence. Do not judge a family pet by it's pedigree and what it might do. Judge it by the circumstances. If this neighbor is instigating a reaction from Walter that is not the dog's fault that it is protecting it's family. Shame on this individual that has caused such unease and unnerved this family. Do the right thing by Walter.

a registered service dog servicing a disabled person is above and beyond the law. the neighbor should be fined for banging and provoking the pup. it costs a lot of tax dollars to train dogs of this type. the neighbor could stand some training ... stop harassing and agitating the service dog. Hope the law gets this right the first time. really. Walter is harmless and employed service dog by a disabled man. is the harasser working or have time on his hands to provoke the dog?

this is absolutely ridiculous that this matter has progressed to the court. It appears that certain people who complained are pure trouble makers with no empathy or humanity. What were these people doing hitting the fence in the 1st place?
