This dog doesn't deserve to die!

I'm sure my statement won't matter but.. As someone with a service dog in training, I find this whole situation to be ridiculous! The dog is trained to alert his owner when someone is close to the home or when unfamiliar sounds happen. (Basic service dog training) His reaction is the whole point of his training!

I'm with Walter. Not fair to the dog when the neighbor is the aggressor in all of this.

Walter was doing his job. The character who thought it was "cool" to tease (Torment?) the dog is the one who belongs in front of the judge for harassment. Service Dogs are just that: Protectors of those who cannot totally protect themselves.

All dogs bark and jump, it's call being a dog! There is no need or reason to label Walter as an aggressive or dangerous dog.

IM WITH WALTER... leave that man and his service dog alone. They arent hurting anyone. Nobody was hurt in the complaint that was made. It was obviously made by someone who just wants to start trouble with someone. Im sure because they are unhappy in their own life.

The dog is not to blame when he is being taunted. The neighbor should be arrested for taunting the dog. Animals are helpless and depend on their owners. Being a service dog would put his owner in great danger. Mayor be the voice of the dog and stand up for his rights. Do the right thing for the owner. Do you not have compassion for disabled people?

This appears to be a ridiculous charge. Charge the neighbor for even thinking any dog would not investigate a loud noise.

You are punishing a dog... you should go after the man who was antagonizing Walter... that's the guilty one!
