Instead of labeling the dog dangerous, maybe you should check into the neighbor's behavior of trying to agitate the dog.

That's a crock......he was antagonized by a neighbor!!!!! He was just defending hisself & property!!! If the person would have kept his hands to himself & minded his own business, this wouldn't even be an issue!!!!

Walter is a trained service dog. He is NOT a DANGEROUS ANIMAL. His life is spent serving a disabled master who needs his assistance in a thousand ways. This neighbor teases and agitates Walter on a regular basis being desirous of separating Walter and his disabled master Adam. Please do not allow it to happen. Instead put a restraining order on this cruel neighbor.

I'm with Walter. He is a service dog doing his job! Alerting and protecting his disabled companion! Fine the neighbor for his/her actions!

Please side with Walter and his family. Walter is a service dog protecting his family. The neighbor needs to get fined for harassing the dog. Have compassion for those who are disabled and rely on service dogs to survive. Walter was on the other side of the fence being harassed he is not dangerous. The dangerous one is the neighbor harassing a dog a service dog at that and his family.

The neighbor that was beating on the fence should have charged filed against him for aggravated assault, harassment and whatever else they can think of!! Shame on them for irritating the man and his dog! He started the fight take it to him! Put him behind bars and beat on his cage!!!

Walter is doing the job he was trained to do, so leave him alone. Charge the neighbor with disturbing the peace instead. Walter probably works harder than the neighbor anyway!!

Got a jerk neighbor like this one. Throws things at our dogs & walks as close to fence as he can muttering & cussing. Do the right thing, please.

Walter is a good dog who has been teased into frustration by an aggressive neighbor. The neighbor needs correction not the dog.

This is amazingly rediculous! If the neighbor has a history of antagonizing the animal then this is a rediculous accusation on the part of the city towards a service animal who has never hurt a human being. The family should sue the neighbor and the city.

I dog can so easily be disposed of because he is intimidated and jumps on a fence??? A person can bash and rob a disabled person and get away with a slap on the wrist (and of course a fine for revenue) …Where is the irony here?????????
