any dog large or small will bark when provoked to alert their master. Walter's neighbor is evil and should be the one labeled dangerous.

So what does the city have against a severely handicap person. Freedom of speech? These city officials are criminal.

All service dogs must have a certain temperament before being accepted into training to be a service dog. I have a service dog here in Texas. Here it is against the law to do anything to taunt a service dog. It should be in Mississippi. I personally have a children where I live try to hit my dog. I AM FOR WALTER. I sure my service dog would try to protect me as well.

This service dog reacted as trained to do to perform his job protecting his owner. Please do not misconstrue his actions as dangerous.
