To whom it may concern:
Please let the dog be. He can't speak English for us to understand his feelings and he was trying to protect his owner. He doesn't understand the neighbors are aggressive and trying to agitate him to make him bite them because they don't like dogs. It's the owners right to freedom and to have a pet, especially one that helps him and both their hearts would be broken if you split them up. If someone hit the fence with wild animals in it, they would respond. Please try to resolve this issue and build a better fence for the owner and worn the neighbors fir aggressively hitting the fence. Would you want someone hitting your car door while you where in it? If someone was making fun of you and hitting your window or door, what would you do? Ignore them, day after day? If you respond, they say your aggressive and they lock you up. How would you like it? Make the neighbors mind their business, we all have to coexist with each other.
Just because one dog is aggressive, the owner isn't responsible for not exercising the dog or getting such a big dog. That is like trying to sue McDonalds because I'm obese and they advertise so I have to drive through and eat the super size meal.
Save the dog and help the owner.

Somewhere this had got to stop. More than not, these dogs have proven themselves. They are not born mean, they are trained to be mean!! This is a service dog were talking about for God sake!!

People are dump enough to think that they can agitating the dog and then hollow foul. I don't think so. This is not a dangerous dog. HE HAS NOT BITTEN ANYONE, I didn't think they could be labeled dangerous if no one has been bit. This dog is a SERVICE DOG, he might need to trained further but I don't believe this family should be put through this because a neighbor wants to be a bully.

Why would you ever out him in the dangerous category? He is a service dog. And the guy who touched the fence should of never done it he was just doing what he had been taught to protect his property and an owner that can not hear. Sometimes I wonder about our system with the laws anymore. PleAsecdo not do this. To this loving dog!!!!!!

Sometimes I wonder about our system with the laws anymore. PleAsecdo not do this. To this loving dog!!!!!!

This is totally wrong. A dog in his own fenced yard - then he barks because someone hits the fence. I would bark too. Tell the perp to stay off the property and to stop teasing this "trained service therapy" dog to be mean.

The fat that you are even considering siding with the prosecution and the lying neighbor truly scares me for other animals and family pets with the precedent you are setting by your uninformed and uneducated stance in this matter. The only reason I can see you doing this is because like any other politician, this is just a money grab for you and your cronies. You should be ashamed to call yourself a mayor and your town should be ashamed to have elected you.
