This is beyond ridiculous to label a dog as dangerous that has been trained to warn his master of unknown noises! And a service dog at that!! The neighbor obviously is just trying to make trouble for the dog's owner. It's the neighbor who is "dangerous!"

This is so wrong. I have two chihuahuas that do the same thing. I think that neighbor was teasing Walter. He is a service dog please no not do this.

Insistent and malicious provocation from the neighbor to Walter is the direct cause of this situation. Any living thing (human or animal) will reach a point of anguish if provoked repeatedly. The neighbor's actions must be addressed as an instigator to this whole ordeal.

Stop antagonizing the dog and it will stop barking at you! Walter is a service dog and as such should be treated with respect! Stop distracting this invaluable dog from his duties in serving his handicapped owner! Hold the ignorant neighbor 100% accountable if any harm comes to the handicap owner due to any direct harrassment or discrimination to Walter the service dog. I am with Walter!

I'm with Walter. Please, before we rid the world of dogs that may or may not be dangerous, outlaw puppy mills. Stop irresponsible breeding. You will be amazed to see the "dangerous" dog problem go away when shelters start having waiting list for available dogs. Don't break the heart of good people by taking good dogs away and murdering them. Thank you for your time. We trust you will deal with this situation with wisdom.

I live in the UK, English bull dogs are not a dangerous breed over here and never have i heard of an attack in the news from one, pit bulls however are banned here.
I have 3 small dogs and do exactly the same, bark and jump at the fence when it is knocked by the child next door, it's a natural reaction, geez these people need to live next door to me. I totally support Walter this is ridiculous and what a waste of court time, go and find some real criminals, like dog fighting rings and animal abusers, not people's service dogs, get a grip here, really!

Please I am with Walter. I'm disabled. If neighbor torments him and is that ignorant to touch the fence he has no right at all!! If taunting the dog, Walter definitly is not the problem. How can you do this to Adam, he needs WALTER!!! Dog just watching the property!! The neighbor should be arrested for animal cruelty!!!

Walter does NOT deserve to be punished for doing his job! He is a service dog who has been trained to help his owner because of his disability!! Why would you take Walter away from him? Walter did nothing wrong and deserves only the best, which means he should stay with his owner! Please do not punish either of them!
