This neighbour needs to be brought to justice, not the dog. This dog has done no harm except respond to aggregation, and as the neighbour will know what they are doing and the dog only knows what it can do, the fault is at the appalling human neighbour that knows better, and to be honest this makes me sick that this neighbour has such a sinister agenda and should be brought up on this. Animals depend on us, and there are some horrible people out there to ruin that, just because they can. Fine the neighbour, jail them, but don't take their sickness out on a a dog that obviously is loyal and helps their owner

I think that instead of siding with an idiot like Walter's neighbour you should do the proper investigation and prosecute the right person. Maybe a nice big fine and some community service with the local animal shelter would be a good idea for this obviously nasty person.

A service dog has to pass a multitude of tests to include temperament tests in order to be deemed a service dog. Just because a dog is of a certain breed does not make it a dangerous animal.

Service dogs should be exempt. This is not a dangerous dog. The person who is baiting the dog needs to be the one proscecuted. Get a mediator to set up some guidelines for both neighbors. A disabled person needs his service dog.

These dogs get a bad rep because of their breed but I firmly believe it's how they are raised and the environment they are in . I pray this man can keep his dog .

How can you deam an animal dangerous without proof? People who make false complaints just because they don't like the breed should be the one held accountable.

Being handicapped has its ups and downs. Walter may be the one thing that gives his owner hope. Think about that---put yourself in the owner's place. Walter hasn't hurt anyone..
