Just as you can not lump a race of people as all bad you can not lump a breed of dog as all bad. I know people do but They shouldn't. My son was bit by a dauchund. I don't hate them.Please don't do this.

I don't believe that just because the breed is a pity they are all dangerous. I do believe it is the way you raise them or any dog for that matter. I have a Pitt she is gotti and razor edge mixed. Her name is cupcake and she is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. She will lick you to death. She also has a brother name bandit and a sister named lady they both are chihuahua's. So I hope that in this case as a service dog since you have no proof but a mans word that the dog is aggresive and he is a service animal I hope you do the right thing. And let him be just that to his owner. God bless.

I have American Bulldogs and know MANY people who do. This is NOT a dangerous breed. And these are NOT pit bulls. Reading this law it seems that 90% of dogs in your county should be considered "dangerous". Please do NOT take this mans service dog. That is just cruel
