The problem here is not the dog but the neighbor.

Is this what our country is coming to?? Anyone can see this dog has done nothing but good for Adam. I am appalled to say I am from the same county as where this is happening.. What happened to "love thy neighbor as thy self"? Shame on you!!

This gentle dog has caused no harn to anyone or anything. He is everything to his owner. Wake up and figure out who is at fault here. The neighbor has deliiberately antagonized Walter time n time again for the sole purpose of what is happeni.ng now. He's the one u need to deal with. More than clear he doesn't care for dis-abled people. He goes to the fence n antagonizes the dog time n time again. Does that not tell u something? Walter is a service dog. He has been trained for his owner's needs, to be loyal n yes to be protective should the case arise. This neighbor constantly agitating him should cause u to wake up n smell the coffee. The dog is not at fault. He is not aggressive in the least but simply protective. There IS a big difference. He has NEVER attempted to hurt anyone. It's quite clear U do not like the breed just as the neighbor doesn't n that's what all this boils down to. SHAME on YOU! Let someone constantly provoke YOU with ur family in the background n tell me u wouldn't be protective! That is all Walter is doing. I deal with all breeds of rescues. I can n will tell u now that Walter is in no way dangerous but people like the neighbor and his actions should be the one in question! If u continue to side with the prosecution against an innocent animal who has done nothing wrong n who is his owner's whole world then this is just another confirmation of why the judicial system, politicians n government has become so corrupt n so heartless.

Removing Walter from the family will devastate Adam and destroy this family's quality of life. Please do the right thing!

This is truly disturbing. My son has a service animal that isn't a "typical" breed for a service dog and it causes people to question, but there is not one reason that ANY dog breed can't fulfill the needs of it's handler if trained. Walter deserves to be allowed to do his job without interference from stupidity or mob mentality.

This is mind boggling. To know that a dog's life literally turns on a vicious neighbor purposely manipulating a situation to provoke a dog, and then claim the dog is the problem .... is downright scary. It means any hateful, mean or unbalanced person with a cell phone can now create a video that shows a "vicious" animal - because they taunt and provoke a defensive response and then claim it was unprovoked. WE HAVE TO GET RID OF THIS "SYSTEM" THAT ASSUMES A PET IS GUILTY JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE CLAIMS THEY ARE. All someone has to do is be filled with hate/violence/viciousness and say "That dog threatened me" -- and everyone in officialdom trips over themselves to hurry up and condemn the dog? No facts, no CONTEXT. This insanity allows any crazed, angry, unbalanced, hate-filled person to make a statement and condemn a dog or cat. That, my friends, is chillingly close to dictatorship, which we claim to despise. It reminds one of the Brown Shirts in Germany before WWII - they only had to make an accusation and the innocent being was convicted and punished. Guilty til proven innocent? Monstrous.
