Should not be judged dangerous without just cause.

this dog changed this mans livelihood. How dare you take that away; if you do its giving this man a death sentence. Don't you think he has suffered enough as a disabled person being shit on daily by those whom are not? Your wrong in so many ways if you do. Shame on you. If it was your child whom is physically challenged &the neighbor is constantly instigating trouble with the animal, would you still want to kill it? I seriously doubt if you would. So what makes your child any different then this man? Absolutely nothing. Save this dog & save this man.

Why are you taking away this man's dog? Are you people that hateful that you would take away Adam's (who is disabled) service dog/companion who helps him to be somewhat independent? If so, you people sicken me!

this is ridiculous! Give this dog back to his owner so he can do his job and help take care of their son!

Walter is a service dog and not a dangerous. Pits aren't the problem. People who mistreat them are the problem. Good luck Walter!!

i hope you will reconsider allowing Walter to do the job he was trained to do; be of service to his family. I hope my neighbor doesn't deem my 5 lb dog as "dangerous" because he barked at everyone who passes our fense!

I feel that this is discrimination against an individual with disabilities! The family is taking steps for certification and registration for the dog and the needs of the young man are being denied by the lawsuit. The neighbor / city should be held accountable for their actions in denying his accessibility to independence in public!

Please do not do this to this family. The dog has obviously been antagonized by the neighbor. This dog helps his human with his disability and shame on you for trying to take that away.

Innocent until proven guilty, right?

I just don't understand how anyone can judge ANY person or animal by the cover. I always thought it was by the deeds?

Not only is it wrong to take a service dog away from the person who relies on him/her, but to have the gall to charge $100.00/day in fines is ridiculous and (I hope) illegal. And to add insult to injury, changing the court date without notifying the other party could be considered illegal also. I hope the McAlister family finds legal grounds to recover all their costs.
