He was doing his job, if he is to alert his owner to sounds and disturbances then that is what he was doing. The neighbor should be ashamed of himself.

Use your brain. He is a service dog, if he was dangerous he wouldn't have completed training.

When Walter attacks someone he is dangerous. Make the taunting neighbor stop rattling the fence. Give him a ticket for cruel and unusual treatment to an animal. Charge the neighbor not the dog.

Common sense should appeal in this case, given that he has DONE no wrong. He should not be deemed dangerous merely because he responded to 'agitation' by barking and jumping, as would 90% of dogs!!!

I think the neighbor should be charged with harassment of a Service Dog for an Disabled Person! Let Walter go back to his work.

If you hit my fence i would bark at you also. Really, that pup does not look like he has a mean bone in his body. People just need to leave them alone .

Why don't you arrest the neighbor who is instigating and trying to cause harm to Walter. Why are you wasting resources on this. Walter is on his property and can bark and jump all he likes.

Paws crossed that all works out well for both owner and doggie not a dangerous dog..God Bless. The dog was protecting his owner..

I am with Walter! He has done above and beyond man's best friend duties. A human does not get two strikes and out and they only ever do good for them not others unless it "suits or benefits " themin some way. Give Walter the respect of a human as he has done more for his owner than mankind. Btw...barking is how dogs communicate...A simple get of my property or if you do that again..doesn't condemn a man....Four legs shouldn't make a difference.

I'm with Walter. This dog was clearly looking out for his owner to serve and protect him which is what he is used to doing. He is like any good former/retired soldier who'll do the same for his or her family. Should we have all people and dogs who've served put down after they are done serving this country? He caused no harm leave them be, clearly Walter and his owner are perfect together, Walter is his care taker to some degree now, you can't take that away from him.

Disgusting that it came to court , clearly the neighbour knew this is hearing dog and banging the fence would make him bark as it's his job, the neighbour should be sued for wasting court time , if anyone on here knows this neighbour go kick his fence, stand up for Walter, wish I lived there I would not be able to control myself, I hope people show up at court in numbers to show support for innocent dog just doing his job as service dog

The fact that this is even being brought to court is a disgrace and waste of our legal resources.
