This dog was only protecting it's master as it is supposed to do. The neighbour who hit the fence should be charged with breach of the peace and threatening behaviour

I am in full support of disabled Adam and his service dog, WALTER. A MAGNIFICENT ANIMAL, WELL LOOKED AFTER AND TRAINED TO PROTECT ADAM, THEREFORE, BANGING ON THE FENCE TO DISRUPT WALTER IN ANY WAY IS MALICIOUS, NOT ONLY TO WALTER, BUT TO THE OWNER ADAM. BOTH OF WHOM CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. I THEREFORE STAND BY THE OWNER AND WALTER IN THEIR DEFENCE.

Such a shame! This is a service dog not some blood thirsty monster. Don't register this poor animal as Dangerous. Why wasn't the neighbor ticketed for bothering the dog??!! I AM WITH WALTER!!!!

When a dog is relentlessly tormented by someone, they view that person as a threat to themselves and their family. The fact that this dog never physically harmed the person who has been tormenting him just goes to show that he is NOT a dangerous dog! Many dogs would have already tried to take a bite out of this person by now. Perhaps the council should be looking at the neighbour's actions instead.
