Estimado Sr. Mayor Butler. Creo que debería considerar que en el mundo adonde vivimos y convivimos con animales, EL HOMBRE ES QUIEN DEBE SER REGISTRADO COMO SER PENSANTE ES, "PELIGROSO". No hay animal Peligroso Sr. Butler, somos los Humanos que hacemos a los animales peligrosos. Si Walter, ha prestado y presta un servicio muy útil a sus dueños por ende ha demostrado ser UTIL en la Sociedad en que vive y cohabita y resguarda con mucho celo y fervor a la familia que lo ha adoptado¿cual es la causa para ser juzgado como "perro peligroso". ?Pueden haber Leyes, pueden haber Normas, pero dentro de esas Leyes y Normas, pero en ellas, se juzga al perro pero NO al Propietario. Sería una buena causa y razón de ser considerada esta opción. Gracias

A service dog protects and is loyal to its owner/family . It does what it has to do in order to protect . How dare you accuse the poor thing of being dangerous ! You wouldn't say that if it was you or someone you loved that was protected / defended !

Start prosecuting the so called humans that do horrific, torturous things to poor defenseless animals. Put your good intentions to good use and prosecute these dangerous people before they start mutilating children, handicapped and the elder because they are defenseless also. Leave this alone. A dog protects those that they love when they sense harmful things may happen. If dogs could talk wouldn't it be wonderful because they could defend themselves but unfortunately they can't speak for themselves. And also dog spelled backwards is god. Think ! Think ! Think !

Not all dogs are ugly, it is wrong to label a specific breed as dangerous..
Peop;e are so paranoid anymore they want every animal labeled, until a dog has proven himself to be dangerous, do not label them. People are the dangerous ones, not dogs
