Time and time again it has been proven that responsibility begins at the end of a leash. This animal belongs to a loving family that treats him well.. The allegations of abuse to the dog at the hands of the neighbor need to be investigated. If allegations are proven true the neighbor should be prosecuted for felony animal abuse.

The dog would not be a service dog if he was aggressive, he just wouldn't pass. I would be taking a closer look at those who want this dog on the aggression list. Use your common sense as the world seems to have gone mad.
