Please don't destroy so many lives (service pet, as well) without carefull thought. Is it possible had the neighbor left them alone this may not even been an issue?All this family wants is peace and to live their lives as best they can. Is it not true, their lives are difficult enough? Please concidere carefully. Please.

I think its time we look at pits as just dogs. They can be loving and loyal dogs...especially in this case. This dog is obviously not a danger to anyone and needed to help his disabled person.Have a heart <3

I implore you to PLEASE side with Walter. I don't know how someone could taunt a living being who is only being loyal and protective of his family. Please think of how you might feel if Walter happens to be a very good and loyal service dog for someone disabled in your family - would you side with the prosecution then, who is defending someone who doesn't even deserve defense in the first place?
Please do not let the McAlisters lose a family member just because some moron taunted a dog who ONLY WANTS TO PROTECT HIS FAMILY.
