This dog should be returned to his owner. The actions against this animal are the same as convicting an innocent person of a crime they didn't commit just because they are the same family as a criminal. Please return Walter to Adam.

People who taunt animals with cruel intention should be dealt with, not an innocent animal.

it would appear that the neighbor is at fault. He should be punished for agitating Walter. It's no different than teasing a child and when they react they are punished. Help your community by doing the right thing and leave Walter alone.

Service dogs with no record of aggression should be immune from any labeling as a "dangerous dog." Have a heart people!

Any sentient animal can be provoked to a state of agitation, especially when it is taunted/baited, its territory is violated, or by extension it perceives a threat to its family. In this respect, this dog is no different from a human similarly treated. If evidence can be adduced to demonstrate the neighbors acted as provocateurs, then this legal action against Walter should be summarily dismissed with prejudice, and the neighbors investigated under any state statute that may exist that protects a service dog from abuse and harassment as well as possibly interfering with its training to provide aid to an individual with severe disability.

please, this is crazy, this is a trained service dog , a family member , there are so many more pressing matters everyday ..,, let this dog be with his family and trust that this dog was unnecessarily agitated by a neighbor. Kids can be cruel, dogs only love

Not all dogs are vicious because they are a certain breed. Leave this man's dog alone. He needs his fur baby just as much as his fur baby needs him!

Sick of people taking advantage of others who are not like themselves. Leave this dog and his master alone. They're doing fine without any interference from the so called authorities. This is not a dangerous animal..so just leave them alone!!!

Just because the dog is a "pit bull" does not make him TTHe neighbor needs to undergo a psych eval to find out why he cannot leave the dog in peace..
