it is both cruel and heartbreaking that anyone would ABUSE their authority in this situation and remove this service dog from his owner who needs him so very badly.

This dog is doing a wonderful job helping Adam. He has some quality of life now. As you know there are people who seem to just enjoy harming people and animals. Perhaps the neighbor could offer to help the family instead of tormenting them.

I support Walter and his owners. I personally have 9 dogs. There is a significant difference between barking for aggression and alertness. All my dogs are alert but non are aggressive.

This dog has done no harm to anyone and is a valuable member of this family. Allow him to return to his family and tell their neighbour to move, if he doesn't like the dog being there. He should be prosecuted for animal cruelty, if he has nothing better to do with his time than trying to provoke an innocent animal.
