Let this dog go back to who needs him the most. He is a SERVICE DOG which means he has been TRAINED to take care of his owner not bother others

The neighbor should be charged with cruelty to animals. Anyone who taunts a dog is only being cruel and unfair to that animal!!

Shame on you if you even consider having this dog destroyed. He is a trained and registered service dog so any aggression that he may have displayed is because he feels that he or his companion are threatened. He has never hurt anyone so you have nothing to back up any decision you may make to have him destroyed.

I have rescued a Pit Mix from my local animal shelter myself. He is very loving and sweet. This "Vicious Dog Ordinance" is ridiculous. Pit Bulls are not vicious. It is all in how a dog is raised. Just like any dog. If you treat it badly it will reflect that. More people are bit my daschunds and chihuahuas every year then Pit Bulls. This is a service dog and clearly the ignorant neighbor has a hate for the breed. Let this man have his service dog. Shame on you.

The person who has done this sickens me. We can and will save Walter! I have a service animal as well, he is a rat named Dusky who is trained to aid with my anxiety disorder, though he can't be registered as only dogs and horses can be service animals (for now ;) hoping to change that!). Breed discrimination makes me more angry than anything in this world.

As someone who cared for a disabled individual the same age with a dog, I know how this dog has changed his life. My husband suffered a traumatic brain injury and a dog gave him reason to live. Please reconsider this. My husband's dog was very protective to him since he sensed there was that need to protect.
